Terms of Service
Draft last updated 12 tháng 8, 2026
Pre-launch draft: not legally reviewed and not in effect.
Tài liệu này chỉ có bản tiếng Anh. Bản tiếng Anh là bản có hiệu lực.
Status of this draft
These terms describe the intended service but are not ready to take effect. The operating entity, address, governing law, launch markets, age rules and mandatory consumer terms require qualified legal review before public launch.
Agreement
The final agreement and acceptance flow have not yet been approved. This draft must not be presented as effective terms.
The service
Whichear lets an adult record factual observations about dizziness episodes and prepare information to share with a healthcare professional. It does not diagnose a condition, identify an affected ear or canal, prescribe treatment, or replace emergency services or professional care.
If symptoms may be urgent, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional. Do not delay care because of information shown by Whichear. No clinician-patient relationship is created by using the service.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Your first successful code verification creates the account; there is no separate registration form or sign-in password. Keep your mailbox secure and tell support@whichear.app if you believe someone else has used your account.
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
Whichear is currently intended for adults. Rules for children and parental authorization must be reviewed separately before access is offered to them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harm others, or to interfere with the service itself. Specifically, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, send automated traffic beyond ordinary use, or use another person's email address to sign in.
We may suspend an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance and outages happen.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Ending this agreement
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end your access if you materially breach these terms.
Changes
We will update the date below when these terms change and tell you about significant changes the next time you sign in. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
The governing law and the courts with jurisdiction have not yet been settled for this draft.
